Privacy Policy for Transport Calculator

Turner Overland (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Transport Calculator mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

The App is designed to operate entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to us or to any third party.

Trip and settings data—including mileage, hours, rates, expense inputs, and calculated results you enter into the App—is stored locally on your device only. It is never uploaded to a server, and we do not have access to it.

The App does not require you to create an account and does not collect your name, email address, or any other personal identifier. The App does not request access to your location, camera, contacts, microphone, or photos.

2. Third-Party Services

The App uses Google Play Billing to process in-app purchases. When you make a purchase, Google Play processes that transaction directly; we do not receive or store your payment information. We do not use any analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services that collect data about you. Update this section if you add any such service in the future.

3. How We Use Information

Because all trip and settings data stays on your device, we do not use, analyze, or process your information in any way. The calculations the App performs happen locally on your device.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with any third party, because we do not collect or have access to it in the first place.

5. Data Storage and Security

All data entered into the App is stored locally on your device using standard device storage. This data remains on your device unless you delete it yourself or uninstall the App.

6. Your Choices and Data Deletion

You can delete your trip history and reset settings at any time from within the App. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored data associated with it.

7. Children’s Privacy

This App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Because the App collects no personal information from any user, this applies regardless of age.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
